Following the EBS Market’s Migration to the CME Globex Platform, EBS Market and eFix Matching Service are now available in the CME Globex New Release environment and mock trading sessions are scheduled to start on the 2nd October 2021.

CME Globex: EBS Market and eFix Matching Service now available, mock trading to begin 2nd October 2021

Core features for the EBS Market and eFix Matching Service are now available in the CME Globex New Release environment for client and vendor testing, including order entry, market data, Drop Copy and product reference data.

EBS Markets on CME Globex production environment mock trading sessions are scheduled to start on the 2nd October 2021.

The full production live launch date is still "To Be Advised" at the time of writing.

(Edit: CME EBS Market Integration Notice dated 23rd Sept 2021 confirms that trade date Monday 4th April 2022 will be EBS Market production live launch on CME Globex.)

Supporting the Migration - CME EBS Market Data

The CME MDP Conflated TCP and UDP market data feeds were introduced specifically to support the migration of the NEX Markets BrokerTec US Repo, EU Repo, EBS Markets and eFix Matching Service products to the CME Globex platform. Supporting the Migration - CME EBS iLink 3 Binary Order Entry

EBS Market and eFix Matching Service products have been integrated onto the CME Globex platform for trading New York FX Spot, New York Metals, London FX Spot, and London Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs). EBS Market on CME Globex will be available through iLink 3 Binary Order Entry on dedicated Market Segment Gateways (MSGWs) and iLink 3 Convenience Gateways (CGWs). Customers can choose to access EBS Market through the MSGWs directly, or the CGWs, which will route customer orders to the appropriate MSGWs. Supporting the Migration - CME EBS Drop Copy Service

The CME Drop Copy service is a FIX ASCII API for real-time risk management that publishes copies of CME iLink order acknowledgment and trade messages. It includes EBS-specific functionality that requires consideration regarding CGW and MSGW access, and includes new EBS specific fields and field values in the following Drop Copy message payloads.
