Identifies the swap trade as an "international" transaction.
In the context of CFTC Regulation 45.3(h), an international swap is required by U.S. law and the law of another jurisdiction to be reported both to a US Swaps Data Repository and to a different trade repository registered within the other jurisdiction. The additional SDRs must be identified in the appropriate Parties component with [PartyRole <452>](https://www.onixs.biz/fix-dictionary/5.0.sp2.ep299/tagNum_452.html) = 102 (Data repository), [PartyRoleQualifier <2376>](https://www.onixs.biz/fix-dictionary/5.0.sp2.ep299/tagNum_2376.html) = 11 (Additional international trade repository) and [PartySubIDType <803>](https://www.onixs.biz/fix-dictionary/5.0.sp2.ep299/tagNum_803.html) = 70 (Location or jurisdiction).
