Valid values:
- 1 = Less than ComplexEventPrice <1486>
- 2 = Less than or equal to ComplexEventPrice <1486>
- 3 = Equal to ComplexEventPrice <1486>
- 4 = Greater than or equal to ComplexEventPrice <1486>
- 5 = Greater than ComplexEventPrice <1486>
