An indication that the trade is a mixed swap.
In the context of CFTC , a "Mixed swap" is defined in the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) section 1a (47)(D) as an instrument that is in part a swap subject to the jurisdiction of the CFTC, and in part a security-based swap subject to the jurisdiction of the SEC. When reporting the additional Swap Data Repositories must be identified in the appropriate Parties component with PartyRole <452> = 102 (Data repository), PartyRoleQualifier <2376> = 12 (Additional domestic trade repository) and PartySubIDType <803> = 70 (Location or jurisdiction).
