Description
Encoded (non-ASCII characters) representation of the UnderlyingSecurityDesc <307> (307) field in the encoded format specified via the MessageEncoding <347> (347) field. If used, the ASCII (English) representation should also be specified in the UnderlyingSecurityeDesc field.
