In 1993, Agora Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários began its operating activities in the capital market. Offering clients a leading range of services, operating flexibility and access to accurate information; the new Broker quickly positioned itself among the leaders in the domestic ranking.

Following the same path of professionalization, Senior Distribuidora de Titulos e Valores Mobiliarios, as it was known at the time, consolidated its position as the leader in important segments of fixed income markets, focusing mainly on public bonds and derivatives administered by the BM&F, reaching the number 1 spot.

In 2001, a merger of both these firms produced the largest broker in Brazil — Agora Senior Corretora de Titulos e Valores Mobiliarios, providing significant participation in all financial assets and capital markets.

Never has a broker carried out so much business in Brazil. On a single day, Agora Senior registered an average of 20,000 tickets, constantly breaking the record of the BOVESPA.
